Podibooks. The name says it all. Free, serialized books for your digital media player. No poetry yet, but I hope it comes.
Incidentally, I have a good friend who has severe ADD, but loves literature. Audiobooks have saved his life. Personally I love them, but since I spend most of my time reading and writing, they are hard for me to listen to. Maybe it’s time to go back to painting!

Your timing is perfect. Last night I gave a lecture on “Podcasting the Written Word” to a group of authors in West Phoenix. While the age demo of the group skewed slightly higher than the typical podcaster, many there experssed and interest. And a few were writers of poetry who seemed very interested in releasing a poetry compilation podiobook.
So time will tell, but the interest seems to be there. Thanks for mentioning our site!
