		<description>Just a comment - there is a learner management system that combines all the academic features schools need (tests, grades, online course materials) with the social networking features you described.  It&#039;s an excellent way to get the best of both worlds working together.

It&#039;s called Scholar360 LMS.  Teachers love it because it&#039;s easy to use.  Administrators love it because it&#039;s less expensive than many of the competitors out there.  Students love it because they can build communities and feel more invested in their education.
